Product Details

A good example of a country pine dresser dating from the late 19th century. The base has two short over two long drawers, each with turned wooden knobs. The top part of the dresser has two glazed cupboard doors, opening to reveal a shelved interior with two generous sized shelves. The doors have a working lock and key and two small wooden knobs.

It is in good condition throughout and is a clean sturdy piece of furniture. It has been thoroughly cleaned and has a nice smooth waxed finish. It is not without some signs of age and use but nothing untoward and there are no major damages. There are some minor historic woodworm holes but this hasn't affected it structurally or aesthetically and they have been treated as a precaution. There are a few marks and scratches on the glass panels but nothing detrimental. The interior is clean and tidy and the drawers open smoothly. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
