A lovely mahogany Wardrobe dating from the late 19th Century. It has a nicely panelled cupboard door with a mirror above a single deep drawer. The interior has a hanging rail and a hook on the back. It is a good quality piece with a nicely shaped overhanging cornice, a plinth base and it comes with its original working key.
It is in good condition and the colour and grain of the wood is superb. The interior is clean and tidy and the drawer opens smoothly. There have been some repairs over the years and there are some minor signs of age and use, small knocks and marks and minor shrinkage splits but no major damages or anything detrimental.
It splits into three parts - lower drawer section, upper cupboard section and the cornice - making it easy to move and transport.
