A beautiful mahogany chest of drawers dating from the late 19th Century. Excellent quality and very well made with a lovely patina and attractive flame mahogany drawer fronts. It has its original turned knobs and stands on a plinth base with small turned bun feet.
It is in good condition for its age and has a lovely rich colour. The drawers open smoothly and are generally clean and tidy inside. There are some signs of age and use, some minor marks and small knocks but nothing detrimental. There is an old shrinkage split across the top but the whole piece still displays well. It has been cleaned and gently polished and is ready for use.
