A good example of a folding games board dating from the early to mid 20th century by "Bliss Ltd. Sports & Games Manufacturers". It is made from mahogany with a chess board on one side and a backgammon board on the other. It opens out to reveal two further games boards inside. It is held closed with small brass latches.
It is good quality and in good condition for its age. There are signs of age and use, some light surface marks and knocks and some wear to the surfaces but no major damages and it is certainly very usable.
