A good example of a 19th Century wire work plant stand with a large basket on the top with looped edge and a further criss-crossed shelf below. It is an elegant shape and stands on scrolling feet with further decorative scrolling detail around the piece and an attractive white painted finish.
It is in good condition for its age and displays well. There are no major damages or losses and it is strong and sturdy. There is some wear to paint in places and some small areas of rust showing through but nothing untoward or detrimental. It has been lightly cleaned and is ready for use.
