Product Details

A good example of an antique sterling silver propelling pencil. The end slides out using the grip and the end itself twists to tighten around a lead. It is good quality and the outside is beautifully engraved with a chased foliate design and there is an amber coloured stone in the end.

It is engraved "Flo to Henry" and hallmarked for Birmingham, 1896, William Vale & Sons.

It is in good condition for its age. There are some faint surface marks and a few small dinks but no major damages and it displays well. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
