A good quality mahogany glazed cabinet dating from the mid to late 19th Century - ideal for use as a bookcase or display cabinet. It has two glazed doors that open to a shelved interior and the position of the shelves is adjustable. The cabinet also comes with a working key.
It is in good condition for its age and the mahogany has developed a wonderful rich patina. It is not without a couple of small knocks and there are a couple of old marks on the top surface but overall it displays well. The shelves are clean and sturdy and it has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
