A good example of a silver mounted hunting whip by Swaine Adeney. It has a traditional carved antler handle with an inset silver button stamped with the makers name and it has a silver collar hallmarked for London 1912. The whip has a plaited leather shaft with short leather keeper on the end and a longer plaited leather thong attached.
It is excellent quality and very well made. There are normal signs of age and use and some slight wear to the leather in places but nothing detrimental.
