A good example of a solid silver tea strainer with its original drip bowl. It has a lovely pierced bowl with a turned ebonised handle and the drip bowl has bun feet.
Both the bowl and the strainer are clearly hallmarked for Birmingham, 1965 and the makers Hampton Utilities.
It is in good condition for its age. There are no major damages and it displays well . There are some faint surface marks and small dinks but nothing detrimental. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
