A good example of an antique silver propelling pencil. It likely dates from the early 20th Century. The end slides out using the grip and the outside is beautifully engraved with a chased foliate design with a red cut glass crystal in the end.
It is marked "Sterling Silver".
It is in good condition for its age. There are some faint surface marks and a few small dinks but no major damages and it displays well. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
