A good example of a solid sterling silver Cigarette Box with a wood lined interior. It is a good quality piece with engine turned decoration and a plain cartouche.
It is hallmarked for Birmingham, 1961 and the makers Harman Brothers. The hallmark is slightly rubbed but still distinguishable.
It is in good condition for its age and displays well. It has picked up some small knocks and minor surface marks and there are a couple of small dinks but no major damages. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
