A matching sterling silver sugar bowl and milk jug designed in the style of Christopher Dresser with modernist geometric handles and rounded bodies. Both pieces are very good quality with a combined weight of 190g.
Each piece is hallmarked for Mappin & Webb, Sheffield, 1897 and marked again for Mappin and Webb on the base.
They are in good condition for their age with clear hallmarks. There are some faint surface marks and a small dink on the body of the milk jug but nothing detrimental. They have been gently cleaned and polished and are ready for use.
