Product Details

A lovely set of 6 silver tea or coffee spoons in their original box. They are excellent quality with a 17th century seal style design with round bowls and square tips to the handles. The total weight of silver is approximately 45g.

Each spoon is fully hallmarked for William Suckling, Birmingham, 1936.

They are in good condition with clear hallmarks. There are some faint surface marks but no major damages and they display beautifully. They have been lightly cleaned and polished and are ready for use.

The set comes in its original silk and velvet lined box, with fitted sections to hold each spoon. The interior of the lid is marked for the retailer "Wm Bruford & Son Ltd. 241 High Street. Exeter". The outside of the box is covered in a black material with a gilt edge and two brass catches to keep it closed. The box is in good condition and the interior is very clean and tidy. There are a few minor marks and scuffs around the outside edges but nothing detrimental.
