A lovely set of original wooden Draughtsman's 'Railway Curves' dating from the late 19th / early 20th Century. They are made by Stanley and each one is stamped with a size number and the makers name. There are 40 curves in total ranging from 5 1/2 to 120 and they come in their original mahogany box with the original paper maker's label under the lid.
The whole set is in good condition. There are some signs of age and use, some minor surface marks and some light discolouration on some of the curves but no major damages and they display well. The box is good and strong with just a few minor knocks and scuffs but nothing detrimental.
