Set of 3 Art Nouveau Silver Centrepiece Bowls
An impressive set of 3 solid silver centrepiece bowls in the art nouveau style. There is a large bowl and two smaller examples which could be displayed together as a set or separately. Each bowl has three large handles curving from the rim of the bowl down to the round foot.
Each piece is clearly hallmarked for Horace Woodward & Co, London. The largest bowl is dated 1909 and the smaller two are 1911. Each piece is excellent quality with a combined weight of 1757g.
The whole set is in very good condition for its age. There are no major damages and it displays beautifully. There are some faint surface marks, signs of age and use and some minor dinks and small dents but nothing detrimental. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
