A fabulous set of 3 original hand carved wooden moulds dating from the early to mid 19th Century. Each mould has a different design and they were most likely used to make plaster moulds for mirrors. They have a wonderful patina and are very decorative objects.
They have been well used and have developed a lovely patina. There are various marks and knocks and signs of age and use but no major damages. There are some signs of historic woodworm which has all been treated as a precaution. They have been lightly cleaned and polished and they display beautifully as decorative objects.
