A fabulous set of three matching silver mounted glass bowls, used for either dessert or champagne. The silver holders are excellent quality with a pierced fretwork design and rounded foot.
They date from the early 20th Century and are marked below for the American maker "J.S.Co. C3475". They are also marked "Sterling". The total weight of silver is approximately 119g.
They are in very good condition for their age. There are some minor surface nibbles around the glass but no major damages and they display beautifully. There are some small dinks and surface marks on the silver and signs of age and use but nothing detrimental. They have been lightly cleaned and polished and are ready for use.
