A complete set of 12 cast iron roman numeral 'clock golf' numbers dating from the late 19th / early 20th Century. Each number has spikes on the reverse for pushing into the ground and remains of their original white paint. They come in a good quality oak box with lovely dovetail joints.
There are some slight differences in size between some of the numbers but they are very decorative and display well together as a set.
They are in good original condition with a wonderful weathered patina. The paint has worn and flaked in places but there are no major damages.
