A good example of a pair of Corinthian Column Silver candlesticks. They are stylish and good quality with a classical column design on a stepped base with beaded detail. The bases are weighted and they come with their original removable sconces.
Both candlesticks are hallmarked on the base and the sconces for Sheffield, 1919 and the maker Walter Latham & Son.
They are in good condition for their age and they display beautifully. There are some faint surface marks, small knocks and some minor dings around the bases but nothing detrimental. They have been gently cleaned and polished and are ready for use.
