A good example of an original MEMLITE machinist's lamp dating from the mid 20th Century. It is a heavy weighted base with an on/off switch and its original enamelled shade. The angle of the shade is adjustable and it has an adjustable articulated arm allowing for it to be manipulated into a variety of positions.
The lamp has been re-wired to modern standards with a black cord and it takes a standard bayonet bulb. It is in good working order with a valid PAT test.
The lamp is in good original condition with a lovely patina. There are some signs of age and use, some small marks and knocks, minor chips of paint loss here and there and a few small dinks but nothing detrimental or untoward.
