A beautiful large gilt framed wall mirror dating from the mid to late 19th Century. It has an intricate carved wood and gesso frame with ornate corner pieces and floral detail. It was likely made as a picture frame and has been fitted with a good quality piece of bevelled glass more recently.
The frame is in good original condition and the gilding is bright and vibrant. There are some minor damages and small losses around the edges of the frame but nothing detrimental. It has been lightly cleaned and is ready to hang.
