A good example of a large pine dresser dating from the early to mid 20th Century. The base has an arrangement of three drawers over two large cupboards with a shelved interior. The cupboards flank a central arched 'dog kennel'. The cupboards have wooden knobs and the drawers have brass swan neck handles. The top part of the dresser has two large glazed doors either side of open shelves, mirroring the dog kennel below.
It is in very good condition throughout and is a good sturdy piece of furniture. It has been thoroughly cleaned and has a nice smooth waxed finish. It is not without some signs of age and use, some marks and knocks and a couple of old repairs but nothing detrimental. The glass is all original. The drawers all open smoothly and are generally clean and tidy inside.
