An impressive antique silver tazza style fruit bowl. It stands on a round domed foot and the bowl itself is a beautiful wavy shape embellished with floral designs and Rococo style scrolls and shells between pierced panels.
It is clearly hallmarked for Birmingham, 1905 and the maker William Davenport. It weighs approximately 402g.
It is in very good condition for its age. There are no major damages and it displays beautifully. There are some faint surface marks, light scratches and some minor dinks but nothing detrimental. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
