Product Details
A good example of a Georgian silver Vinaigrette with a pierced grille. It is a particularly small size and decorated with an unusual almost quilted pattern on the exterior.
It is hallmarked on the front lip and clearly carries the Georgian head and the Birmingham anchor but it is hard to distinguish the maker or year but it is believed to date from between 1810-1835.
It is in good condition for its age. There are some faint surface marks and a few light scratches and minor dinks but no major damages. The hinges are in good order. It has been gently cleaned and polished and it displays well.
