A lovely small oak tilt-top wine table dating from the early 19th Century. It has a circular planked top set on a turned support with tripod splayed legs and pad feet. It is a good quality piece with a nice rich colour and it has its original blacksmith made catch.
It is in good condition for its age and is strong and sturdy with a good level top. There are signs of age and use, some minor marks and wear on the top surface and a few knocks around the base but nothing detrimental. There has been a small circular repair to the top where presumably a knot has been but overall it displays well. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
