Product Details
A lovely oak tilt-top table dating from the late 18th / early 19th Century. It is a good large size with a circular planked top set on a turned baluster support with tripod splayed legs and pad feet. The oak has mellowed to a lovely warm colour with a quarter-sawn tiger oak grain.
It is in good condition for its age and is strong and sturdy. There are signs of age and use, some knocks and a few marks and stains on the top surface but no major damages. There have been a few old repairs and there are signs of historic worm in the top planks but overall it displays well. It has been cleaned and lightly polished and is ready for use.
