A superb Georgian mahogany tilt-top table with a turned support set on tripod splayed legs and pad feet. It has a circular top made from a single piece of mahogany with a moulded edge and slight lip around the edge. It has a lovely rich colour and is strong and sturdy with a good level top. The tilting mechanism is smooth with a strong catch. It is in good condition for its age and is a top quality piece of Georgian furniture. There are some minor signs of age, a few small surface marks but nothing detrimental and there are no major damages. It has been gently polished and displays beautifully and is ready for use.
