It is an excellent quality piece made from well figured timbers and the drawers have been made with the finest dovetail joints. It has had some alterations and repairs over the years but it is an attractive item nonetheless.
It is in good condition with a wonderful rich patina. There are some signs of age and use, some small chips and knocks and minor splits but no major damages and overall it displays very well. It has been cleaned and given a gentle polish and is ready for use.
