Product Details
A good example of a large Georgian oval mahogany butler's tray dating from the late 18th Century. The base is made from beautiful flame mahogany with a raised laminated gallery with ebony stringing. It has a pair of nicely shaped brass carrying handles. It is a good quality piece with a lovely rich colour and patina.
It is in good solid order with no major damages. There are some general signs of age and use and a small split on the underside but nothing detrimental. It has been cleaned and lightly polished and is ready for use.
