A lovely oak open bookcase dating from the early 20th Century. It has three adjustable shelves with reeded detail flanking the open front. It is a good quality piece made from lovely quarter-sawn timbers with a nice warm colour.
It is in good condition for its age and is strong and sturdy. It is not without some minor knocks and marks and signs of age and use but nothing detrimental and it displays well. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
