A good example of an early 20th Century Chinoiserie design table lamp in an unusual and striking blue colour. It stands on a round foot with a turned column and it is decorated with traditional hand painted gilt figures.
It has been rewired to modern standards to take a standard bayonet bulb and is in working order with a valid PAT test.
The lamp is in good condition with some minor signs of age and use, some losses and wear to the paint in places but nothing detrimental or untoward. It is strong and sturdy and displays beautifully.
