A good example of a small silver match holder with a jewelled catch and engine turned decoration. It is clearly hallmarked for the London Chain Bag Co, 1925 and it weighs approximately 29g.
It has a lovely engraving below the lid "Tom from Eve. 1926"
It is in good condition for its age. There are some light surface marks and minor dinks and general signs of age and use but no major damages and it displays well. It has been lightly cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
