A fine example of an antique tea set consisting of a tea pot, milk jug and sugar bowl. The quality is superb and the silver is a good heavy gauge with a combined weight of 1049g. It is a stylish set with an elegant shape and delicate engraved decoration on each piece.
Each piece is clearly hallmarked for Atkin Brothers, Sheffield, 1922.
The whole set is in excellent condition. There are some faint surface marks and a few light scratches and minor dinks but nothing untoward or detrimental and the set displays very well. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
