Product Details
A nice example of a small antique sterling silver trinket box. It is oval in shape and stands on four feet. It has a hinged lid and the interior is lined in green fabric. The top is nicely engraved with engine turned decoration and a central cartouche.
It is hallmarked for Birmingham, 1938 and the maker Mappin & Webb.
It is in good condition for its age and displays well. It has picked up some small knocks and minor surface marks and there are a couple of small dents here and there but no major damages and it displays well. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
