A lovely silver mounted stamp wetter with a glass roller and a round foot. It is good quality with a star cut base below the glass roller.
It is clearly hallmarked for T.H Hazlewood, Birmingham, 1912.
It is in good condition for its age. There are a few small nibbles and chips to the ends of the glass roller and the glass lining and a few small surface marks and dinks on the silver base but no major damages and overall it displays well. It has been cleaned and the silver has been polished and it is ready for use.
