Product Details

A good example of a traditional solid silver quaich. The shallow bowl stands on a small round foot with two handles. Typically given to mark events such as christenings or weddings in Scotland.

It is clearly hallmarked for London, 1927 and the maker Goldsmiths & Silversmiths. It is a good quality piece and weighs approximately 172g.

It is in very good condition for its age. There are no major damages and it displays beautifully. There are some faint surface marks and minor signs of age and use but nothing detrimental. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
