A good example of a solid Sterling Silver pepper shaker. It is a stylish and good quality piece on an octagonal foot with a pierced top and small finial. It weighs approximately 29g.
It is hallmarked for London, 1902 and the makers John Charles Lowe.
It is in good condition for its age. There are some faint surface marks and minor dinks but nothing detrimental. There looks like there may have been an old repair around the finial (see photo) but overall it displays well. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
