A nice example of an antique solid silver hat pin stand with a green cushion on a silver base. It is an unusual piece with a tree upright and a silver golf club sticking out of a golf bag.
It is hallmarked for Birmingham, 1909, Crisford & Norris Ltd. The marks are slightly rubbed but still distinguishable.
It is in good condition for its age however there are some small dinks and dents around the silver base and golf bag. There is some wear to the ends of the tree and a small split near the base of the golf club. It has been gently cleaned and polished and overall it displays well.
