Product Details

A good quality sterling silver cruet set in its original fitted case. The set consists of a pepper shaker, salt dish with spoon and a mustard pot with spoon. It has lovely pierced detailing and every piece has its original blue glass liner.

The three main pieces are fully hallmarked for Birmingham, 1928 and the makers Deakin & Francis. The spoons are Birmingham 1909 and 1936. The total weight of silver is approximately 51g.

Each piece is in very good condition. There are some minor signs of age and use and there are some faint surface marks and a few light scratches and small dinks but nothing detrimental. They have been lightly cleaned and polished and are ready for use.
The case is good quality with a silk lid lining and a fitted velvet base. The outer of the case is not without some minor signs of age and use and scuffs and marks but overall it displays very well.
