A good example of an antique Sterling Silver milk or cream jug. It is a small bulbous shape with an elegant scrolling handle, wavy rim and three feet. The jug is stylish and good quality, weighing approximately 80g.
It is clearly hallmarked for London, 1914 and the maker C.S.Harris & Sons
It is in good condition for its age. There are some faint surface marks and signs of age and use but nothing detrimental. There is a small dent at the base of one foot (see photo) but it is strong and sturdy and displays well. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
