Product Details
A good example of a solid silver cheroot holder in its original case. Both pieces are beautifully decorated with engraved leaves and foliate and the case has the initials TBW. There is a small loop on the lid and at the end for attaching to a fob chain or chatelaine.
The outer case is hallmarked for Birmingham, 1915 and the maker William Vale & Sons and the holder has the same hallmark but for 1916.
It is in very good condition for its age. There are some small dinks and minor surface marks and general signs of age and use but no major damages and it displays well. It has been lightly cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
