A lovely antique pine cupboard dating from the early 20th Century, most likely originally used as a school cupboard. It has a shelved interior and comes with a working key. The doors are panelled and it stands on a simple plinth base. It has good large proportions and would make a great larder cupboard or linen cupboard.
It is in good condition and the pine has a nice warm colour. It has been cleaned and has a smooth waxed finish, retaining its lovely aged patina. There are some signs of age and use, some knocks and marks here and there and a few old stains but nothing untoward or detrimental. The shelves inside are generally clean and tidy with some old ink stains on one. It displays very nicely and is ready for use.
