Antique Oak Refectory Table
A large oak refectory table dating from the early 20th century. It has an overhanging planked top with breadboard ends and it stands on substantial turned legs joined by square end stretchers and a central stretcher.
The top is removable from the base which is useful for delivering into small spaces.
It is a very sturdy table and is in good condition for its age. The oak has a lovely warm colour and rich patina. There are some signs of age and use, some minor surface marks and knocks but no major damages and overall it displays very well. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
