A good example of an oak barley twist standard lamp dating from the early to mid 20th Century. It stands on a round base and has a small centre table in the middle of the lamp with the twisted stem continuing above.
It has been PAT tested and rewired to modern standards to take a standard bayonet bulb.
The lamp is in good condition and the oak has a lovely patina. There are some signs of age and use but no major damages or anything detrimental and it displays well.
