An elegant French Empire style chandelier dating from the early 20th Century. It is made of gilt bronze with three arms arching away from a central rod with scrolling floral motifs and decorative hanging chains. The arms support three frilled glass lampshades.
It is in good condition for its age and displays well. There are signs of age and use but no major damages and nothing detrimental. It has been lightly cleaned to retain its wonderful patina. The three glass shades are not all identical so some are likely replacements but they all suit the piece well.
It has been re-wired to modern standards and is ready to install. We always recommend that the light is checked and installed by a professional electrician.
