A good example of an antique milking stool dating from the early to mid 19th Century. It most likely originates from Wales and has a thick elm top set on four simple legs.
It is in very good condition for its age with a wonderful colour and patina. There are some minor signs of age and use and a couple of small knocks and marks but nothing detrimental and it is solid and sturdy.
