A good example of a Chinese celadon famille rose plate dating from the mid to late 19th Century. It is beautifully decorated with hand painted birds, butterflies and flowers. It has a blue seal mark on the reverse.
It is in excellent condition for its age and displays beautifully. There are no major damages, chips, cracks or restoration. There are some minor surface marks and signs of age but nothing detrimental.
