A beautiful carved coquilla nut thimble case modelled as an acorn, dating from the late 19th / early 20th Century. It has a threaded top which opens to reveal a small brass thimble within.
It is good quality and a very well made piece. It is in good condition for its age with no major damages and it displays beautifully.
