A good Georgian mahogany wine table dating from the early 19th Century. It has a circular one-piece mahogany top on a turned support with tripod splayed legs. It would have once been a tilt-top but the top has been fixed in place at some point in its life.
It is in good condition for its age and it has a lovely rich colour. There have been a couple of old repairs to the legs which have not affected the table structurally or aesthetically and it is strong and sturdy. There are signs of age and use, some minor surface marks and knocks but no major damages and it displays well. It has been cleaned and gently polished and is ready for use.
