A superb Georgian mahogany tilt-top table with a turned support set on tripod splayed legs with ball feet. It has a circular top made from a single piece of mahogany with a raised lip around the edge. It has a lovely rich colour and is strong and sturdy with a good level top. The tilting mechanism is smooth with its original metal catch.
It is in good condition for its age and displays well. There are some signs of age and use, a few small surface marks and minor knocks but nothing detrimental and there are no major damages. It has been gently polished and is ready for use.
